ccs collection who are they
Hi
Anyone had dealings with this outfit ccs collect as you can see from my post i had sent a statute barred letter to Akitve Kapital months ago
Never had anything backfor months then today i get a letter from this outfit say they are collecting for there client Akitve Kapital and intended court action
Do i now send them a letter saying its statute barred or is there another letter i can send

Yes this is 8 years old i sent the SB letter to the first collector never heared anything, then i get this letter from this other outfit

Was the loan taken out 8 years ago or has there been no communication between you and them since then?0

In that case I would suggest the debt is statute barred.0
