Free cookbook with competition entry/South West Councils

Just had a leaflet through about the services offered by my council and on one page is a Love Food Hate Waste competition.
In addition to prizes, all entries will receive a copy of "Eat Well, Waste Less" by Bish Muir, if they fill out a waste food diary for seven days plus offer at least one waste saving tip. The diary can be downloaded and when complete emailed or sent to a freepost address (at least that is how it works on the South Glos one).

In the terms and condition the competition is open to the following residents:
