  • BTW, 2 x DS's. 1 x 12, 1 x 13.
    Get £10 month each.
But... I pay for after school clubs, swimming, tennis, scouts, clothes, mobiles (they dont use much on mobiles), football etc. So they can either save their pm or spend on books, magazines, cds, dvds or whatever.
DD1 is 18mths - no pocket money yet.

  • Daughter aged 11 - Phone top up as and when needed of £10, no more than once a month. If she sees a dvd or cd she wants I will treat her, every few months. Husband puts £20 a month away for her in a savings account which isn't touched. Everything is provided for her clothes, school dinners or pack-up so she doesn't actually need anything. Grandparents give her £7 a week between them both.
