May wife works four days per week but is also working very occasionally in a sales job earning commission. She already earns way above the single person allowance in her full time job but not enough to pay 40%. She will earn approx £2.5k from sales job but also have a lot of miles to claim as expenses(around 3000) plus expenses for stationery/postage/phone/internet etc. Should she just set up Ltd company and not pay herself a salary and take any left after expenses as dividend. I expect her expenses will reduce tax due to a minimum?

On the face of it, it doesnt look to be worth the hassle of opening a limited company, but she should really take individual financial advice from a tax accountant.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
