NI for directors

I am a director of my company and I want to pay myself £110/week (2009/10) to avoid paying NICs but still accrue a state pension year.
Since I have taken this directorship up in September, my NICs have been pro-rated for this year. Therefore I can only pay myself approximately £3000 before attracting NIC fees.
How can I find out how much my NIC shortfall will be for the year 2009/10 if I only paid myself £3000 (assuming no other employment during this tax year)
Thanks.
