self employed and employed work???

Hi guys. I am currently a self employed tutor and file a tax return each year. However, now all my children are in full-time school i have decided to do the odd day supply teaching for a local agency. I still intend to stay tutoring for myself. i know there is space on my tax return for any other income recieved . However, they have sent me a p46 form to fill out and the options include things like:
this is my only job etc
or I am on job seekers etc.
It also asks for my tax code etc
Is there an alternative form I need if i am self employed and don't intend to keep one job and will i just pay emergency tax. i am confused, Please help! Thanks
Don't lead me into temptation I can find it myself! DFW LBM 03/11/08

The form P46 is the only form you need because you have been unable to give the school a P45.
If you want to continue to have all your tax free allowances allocated to your self employed earnings, then you sign to say this is not your only job. If you want to have your tax free allowance allocated to your supply work, you sign to say this is your only job.
    Its your choice.
