What do you do if they ignore your letters/CCA?

I have a debt with LV, that I think was taken over Barclaycard. I have been sending my letters to the Barclaycard address, started with the CCA letter, and then the 12+2, and haven't heard a peep out of them, except the standard statements and 'you owe us money!' of course. Even though they are my largest debt, they have been happy with my tiny payments so far it seems.

I'm fairy certain they don't have a signed CCA, as I've had this debt since at least 2003, if not earlier.

What can I do now?

If you wish to force their hand and discover whether they actually have a signed CCA, then that may not be enough. Technically they can ommit a signature from an agreement under a CCA request.

But see what their response to the above is first.

If they continue to evade the question after that then there are other avenues to go down.
