Whenever I try applying for Orange sim cards I get an 'error - couldn't process your order, call our staff' message. D'you think it's cos they reckon I've had too many free??

No its becuase you have left the phone number blank, I always get it. You need to make up an 11 digit numeber and it will let you though

I always use a made up number...but still get an error.

Seems i was getting the same error tocall customer services
but then tried and entered my mobile phone number and mail id
it went through so u might try that

Ohh - I do always leave it blank, cos I don't want junk texts. I'll try filling it in, though - thanks all round!
I don't know about anyone else, but 02 are great for free sims - they have no problems in sending out 4 at a time... but I like the idea of Orange with free texts included. I'll try 'em again.
