Changing Parties with Charging order ??

I currently have a mortgage with my ex partner and I am looking to complete a change of parties agreement with my lender.
However since we have split my ex has racked up debt and I have now had a charging order placed on the property (on their half of the ownership).
I feel that this is just the first of what could be many and I want to remove them from the mortgage (they have agreed).
Does anyone know if it possible to complete a change of parties with a charging order applied to the property ?? The property stands with very little if any equity in it at present.
Thanks in advance ....
