Should go through to a page that says "create your own Alessi Italian Design Collection with some clickies in the bottom right of the box, you click the middle one to put the number in.

You clicked the wrong part of the entry form, i think you've clicked the text message code entry form.

When you've entered your DOB, your given 3 options, you need to select the middle one which says;
