I had the problem twice where I won and submitted my details but it wouldn't go through to the confirmation page. I checked my email and I received a win notification on both. They both came through the post on Friday without me having to email support. Hope that eases your concerns (and others who have posted something similar)!

Definitely only coasters - won one yesterday, can't complain I suppose - got a bottle opener last time so a few coasters will be handy.

Another coaster! May have to take a look at eBay then to try and get a bottle opener. Hopefully though, they will get more bottle openers - there is still 6 weeks left of the promotion.
