That happened to me yesterday but they did send me a winning email saying it will be delivered in 28 days. Hope it will be ok :j

I've just won a bottle opener, and I can't submit either, I've got the email but they haven't got my details so they wont be able to send it to me without details any suggestions???

I had problems entering my address this morning, so have replied back to winning email giving my details and received an email back saying

Thank you for your email.

One of our Customer Service team will address this matter for you shortly. We aim to respond to all emails within at least 3 working days.
