I received mine today that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, I had missing the bronzing pearls and the lipstick.
Also there was no sign of the Full sized lip protectant either. and yes the Celia bag size was disappointing.

I will give them a call too, i hadnt noticed it had said about the lip protectant - was that listed on the website? It doesn't mention it on the leaflet inside the bag?

The description of the GWP was as it is now, but there was a line below which sais "With a third purchase receive a full sized lip protectant"
It did say in the description that the GWP was with 2 purchases (even though the red underlined offer at top said 3 or more purchases)
I guess someone would have to add that to the bag or it would come through in seperate packaging.
I will definately be chasing this up as my lipstick was missing too, so £34 of lip protectant and one lipstick is £40ish. I'd be happy if they sent me out just the lip protectant.
Overall a fab deal, once the missing bits are sorted out! Just what to spend all those points on!!

Can anyone tell me how they got on? They've offered me 1000 points, I said I'm not happy with that and I'll ring back later. 1 lip protectant + 1000 points maybe. Will see how u lot get on and try to negotiate!

I only got 300 points as a gesture of good will. They said as it is a free item and subject to availability. Did your bag the one with the free goodies have a tag on it?As was going to use as a christmas pressie but mine doesn't have a tag on it!So not that impressed!

I know they were free gifts, but I only made the purchase after seeing the gifts, 2 lip 8hr & 2 lipsticks missing is 4 items!

i didn't know anything about the lip protectant but did have a lipstick missing so i phoned them up and got myself 1700 points :j

I didn't get offered anything. I have been told to go down to my local boots to try and exchange the gift bags!

Will have to go along at the weekend and see what happens.
