Is this a good mortgage offer?

My sister and her husband are planning to buy another house for £250000 with a £100000 deposit. They are going to let their existing house for the time being. They have an offset mortgage with First Direct as my sis has her own business and uses the money in her business to offset that mortgage.
They are looking for an interest only mortgage that they can overpay with no restrictions.
She is unsure where to look and her hubby is disabled so it is down to her to sort this out.
Any ideas anyone and also do they need to use a broker?0 -
