What job do you do for the bank? Have you looked through your contract of employment?

i will be in a better position after my br so i don't mind that
That's a fantastic attitude to have.:)
the only problem is i may lose my job as i work for a bank
If you do then let the OR know and he will send a new form to fill in and the IPA will be suspended. If you get a new job then you inform the OR and fill in a new form and they will see if they have to reinstate the IPA. You will have to let the OR know of any changes for the 36 months that the IPA runs for.
do i need to take a copy of that SOA with me???
You fill out the SoA on the petition. There are headings and then a bit that asks for ant other payments and a drop down box for you to put those in. Some MSEer's have printed the SoA we use on here out and added it to the back for clarity. It's up to you really.
i also pay child maintenance each month thats included in that aswell
Yep, child maintenance is fine to be included. I am assuming it is in line with CSA guidelines. Just had a thought, up your holiday to £40 so you can take your child for a small UK break.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

cheers for the advice tigerfeet i will print the Soa out and attach it to the other forms as its better than the one on the br forms
also so in the Case sections i have put this is it ok or does it need more detail?Around 2 and half 3 years ago I split from my ex partner and left the home that we owned after a lot of consideration and discussions with the mortgage lender (HSBC) I was advised by them to voluntary sign the house over to them. I did this and they advise that they would sell the house and then get in touch with me on what would happen next around the beginning of august 2009 I was contacted by Metropolitan collection services who advise me that there is a mortgage short fall of around £36000, I am struggling with bills as it was and I just cannot afford to replay this as they want £400 a month from myself, it seems that the bank has sold the property for around half of what the price I paid for it. I have also spoken in length with the national debt line since finding out about this they advised that the only option would be Bankruptcy.
The worry of everything is really starting to really affect me since finding out about this I am having problems sleeping and personal relationships have been affected hence the reason I am now living with my father0 -

i know barclays and co-op do thing do any off them do online banking???0 -
Co-op do online and telephone banking, you get an Electron card and can use any link machines, you can have DD's and SO's and if you need to deposit money and cheques then you can use any post office to do so.
You ring them up and ask to open a Cashminder account and they will do it over the phone.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
