Anyone Have Any Experience With Wholesalers??

I would like to buy some products from a wholesaler and then sell on ebay for profit.
I am looking for an online wholesaler with true wholesale prices so that there is even more %profit for me.
Do any of you mse'ers have any experience with doing this in general or on ebay? If you do and are willing to share some information please do.
Also, there is a costco near me and my dad has a membership, are their prices low enough when buying in bulk to be able to make worthwhile profits? (again looking for people with experience)
Thanks

what type of products COSTCO (i ama trade member of and bookers) aren't always as cheap as ASDA you REALLY have to know your prices.
COSTCO is glorified and unless you have coupons (which this week i got 5.00 a HUGE box of fairy washing powder which was a great deal) they aren't that great
The better wholesalers are Booker, 3663, Brake Bros. But you need accounts and need a business.0 -
hi jen, i did think that it would be hard for me to get my foot in the door with good wholesalers as i am only just starting off this little venture!
i was looking for cheap health and beauty products ie "bath oils" etc and then maybe some cheap cosmetic products for example teeth whiteners etc.
did you find it hard to find a reliable wholesaler who you could buy from and then sell on at retail for a healthy profit?
my main problem is (and im sure everyone elses) is finding a source that will give me a worthwhile profit even when including all of the costs involves ie
insertion fee
posting fee
completed sale fee
thanks for your post0
