Interim assesment

Having just having to take a 6500 paycut from 21500 to 15000 i contacted the csa. They req my payslips which i duly gave them. They now say that because my partner will not give her details then they will make an interim assesment. Im on csa 1 and have a 650 per mnth mortgage in joint name. I was paying nearly 400 per month leaving me with about 950. I now earn about 1020 per month and wondered how much they will assess me . Also is it worthwhile giving my partners details and how this would effect the outcome. My protected allowance at the moment is 903 per month, can anybody help with advice before i call them please. Many thanks

Kelloggs will be able to give you a worse case scenario idea.

Net pay was £1350pm and is now £1020pm?

You will need to supply further information (hope I get all these in one go):
    1) Number of children you are paying for and ages.
    2) Number of children you and your partner have together
    3) Does your partner earn more or less than you
    4) As your ex previously requested a departure for your partner to pay towards your shared housing costs

Without your partners details, you will not have a protected income, but that does not always mean you will be worse off.
  • Have PM'd you. I really would need those details to be able to give you a figure; I can give an interim figure and a full figure (if you provide the net income of your partner).
