BIG Swagbucks Problem

Hello,

Had to post this as i'm stuck for what to do next.

I got to swagbook number 90 last night, exchanged them for 2 amazon vouchers and Verified them as they asked.

Today they have locked / cancelled my account for 'breech of terms and conditions'? I have sent an email and had this reply :


Hello
Our compliance team has further reviewed your account and has determined that you are in fact in violation of our terms of use. The use of a bot is not permitted. Sorry, but we are unable to reactivate your account.

I have honestly never used ' a bot' i would not know how too!

I have spent about 6wks collecting these points, i used to use MHPF and never had any sort of warning from them,

I feel cheated and i was saving the voucher for christmas. They have all my revenue and my vouchers aswel.

Any advice?

When they say bot, they refer to a program that would have searched random things continuously just to bulk up the searches.

If they refer to you as a bot, this suggests that you were probably doing alot of "suspicious" activity, eg. doing 10 searches in 2 minutes without looking at the results or anything.

Anyway, i suggest you call them or send them an email stressing you had not used a bot.

thanks for that, i have emailed back saying that i dont use a bot.

I do search the net alot, but they are all genuine searches. I dont think 90 SB in nearly 2months is alot at all.

I used MyHPF for ages and they were strict but never even given a warning,

I think its terrible to wait until you collect your prize to tell you, i just hope they dont do it to people on here who have loads saved up for christmas.

You only seem to get one win a day, so I get a win then leave it!

do you do searches for numbers, or for words that don't exist, do you sometimes use the swagcodes as search terms, all of these things are what can result in being banned as well

I search for sites and word terms, same as you would search for normally.
I use the toolbar for Firefox, and once I've won a voucher for the day I tend to leave it until the following day.

Hi, just to update you on my Swagbucks issue.

I sent a long email to them explaining that I don't and have never used a 'bot'. Also said I felt cheated and wanted my 2 x $5 amozon vouchers.

They did not even respond, then just a few days ago I recieved an email saying my vouchers were ready to use. I tried to login to collect and they still have not re-activated my account!

Sent another email asking what was going on and I got this reply:


Hello,

Thanks for contacting Swag Bucks customer support. You were using Speed Swag and this is not permitted.

Anyone know what Speed Swag is? I have been directly accused of using it!
