No they can't delay your AD to put a IPA in place if they haven't sorted it before the AD. The only way they would delay your AD is if they suspect misconduct on your part or you have been non-cooperative with the OR.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

I would be surpised if they said I hadnt cooperated. I havent contacted them for ages but I am sure it got to a stage they were sick of me ringing. Everything has now been sorted with RTLU with regards to our assets, my husband is 10 weeks behind me but all along the way even for outstanding paperwork for my husband to help with his bankruptcy I have helped RTLU and chased people like his van finance so that his file could be moved to RTLU.
I am now 77 days away from AD and I now I have this one last thing to do and I do not want anything to go wrong. I am just on tenter hooks as it has been 8 weeks since my husbands ED paperwork went back and I suppose I had got it in my head he would be discharged by now working on the average of 56 days, or that is what I think I have read is the average. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Should I tell RTLU about the mortgage payment change when I have paid it at the end of october, that makes me 5 weeks from AD or should I tell them earlier which gives them more time to look into an IPA which I dont honstly think they will find surplus money, because I never can.0 -
I suppose you could tell them within 21 days of the payment being taken.
