I received my goods today. The exfoliator bag looks really nice and i cant wait to use the products (will have to wait for Christams tho), the cellulite free set and the replacement for the body bag which was the Dead Sea Spa Magik Naturabrasion Spa Treatment Set.

Bit cross they didnt reply back to any of emails but lovely products and i would buy from them again if they had another promo.....

My items arrived two days ago ... the gift set is in a lovely cotton 'carrier bag' (for want of a better description) and the freebie anti-cellulite stuff looks expensive! I do like the items, but still think 15 days delivery is a bit much! What began as a birthday gift is now in the 'Christmas Cupboard', lol.

After being told mine was OOS, I was then told I could have the same products but they wouldn't come packaged in the cotton bag etc. Anyway, it all arrived today in the original packaging that i was told I wouldn't get!!!!!

Mine have eventually arrived :rolleyes:, both sets packaged in the cotton bags with some toothpaste freebies. Mine was also a birthday present for the 26th September, it was not a major problem as it was for me . Hubby had to rush out and buy me something else :rotfl:

Mine arrived today. However, despite saying I did not want 2 exfoliation bags and agreeing to have the naturabrasion set as a replacement for the hair bag, they have sent me 2 exfoliation bags and no naturabrasion. I've emailed again sigh.

All I can say is SORRY to anyone who has had any issues on the 'Shop for Spa' site...

Theres no excuse for any issues, but I would like to point a few things out for those who might be interested.

1) The company that made the site went - bust
2) The company that was hosting the site shut it down.
3) I was taken on to sort the issues out.

I'm glad to say that the site is being sorted...

Yes I know you now may have some questions, but I'm not a spokesperson for the team at Finders.

Thank you for clearing up a few bits. I thought something was up the other day when i tried to go onto the website and there was nothing there :rolleyes:

I love the products i received and think they are amazing quality at amazing prices. The customer service was great but now i understand why i had no relies to email if Carly was not there.

I wouldnt hesitate to order or recommend your company again. I soooooo want the hair and body bag even resorted to looking for one on EBay lol
