    It would depend on you filling in a form that is so complicated it makes arguing whether a chart is a chart on this board look easy.

    Why not make the banks print the new notes using epson ink? They are bound to fade after about 6 months, forcing people to move them on by spending before they become unreadable.

    Unfortunately the cost of epson ink makes that solution impractical except for very large denominations.
