Tesco CCA received - I think ??

Hi I have just received a reply from Tesco visa for my CCA request. The accompanying letter says "we are obliged to provide you with a true copy of the credit agreement ......in terms of CCA regulations this can be satisfied by providing a copy agreement at the date the card agreement was made and a copy of current T&C" - they have enclosed a 3 page copy of credit agreement stamped copy but with no signature box or tick box or dates anywhere and card number, credit limit and name and address have just been typed onto the top of it - it is headed this is a copy of your agreement for you to keep ??

Is this valid or not ?? im very confused !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks
