I have had my kitchen done by Ofascia and I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone!!! They are a complete cowboy setup who honestly don't know what they are doing. The product is good but the company providing it are clueless. We have a really tiny kitchen and still experienced numerous issues with the fitting (eg, wrong handles, panels missed, miscoloured sections, badly fitting panels) and it took months to complete, certainly not the quick 'matter of hours' they say it will take. Even now...the kitchen is not to our satisfaction but we are so fed up with the company that we are just putting up with it as opposed to getting them to try to fix all the problems. As for your query regarding the length of the guarantee...there was absolutely no mention of there being any guarantee with our kitchen. I could go on for ages about all of their faults and how unprofessional they are but the basic advice from me would be....don't get an Ofascia kitchen!!

I just wanted to say that I too got an Ofascia Makeover and received a very different service from the previous user. I was quoted £3000 for new kitchen doors - but chose to go with the Ofascia price of £700 and have never regretted it.
Its just a small company (family run) trying to establish itself with a brand new idea, so I can see where there might have been teething problems last year (when I visited their showroom they were very open about the fact that they
Simply had a good idea and wanted to market it. And it is! My kitchen is now a lovely shiny ivory colour and the whole process was painless. A quick survey (about 30 minutes) a call the next day with a price, a few weeks for the fascias
To be manufactured and a day install - and I didn't need to do any preparatory work or even empty my cupboards. Well done Ofascia and good luck!

Had a kitchen makeover done by Ofascia and I am delighted by the work. I had a survey carried out and the work done within 3 weeks with minimal disruption.

A family business which I felt at ease dealing with them no pressure sales just a simple survey and a price the next day. Two of my friends and a my sister have been refered by me and they received a 5% discount for my referal.
