Possible to get mortgage offer on basis of job offer

Options
Currently on £27000, offered job for £52000 - clearly this would make losts of difference to what I can get a mortgage on. But I don't start the job for 2 months.

I'd like to get a move-on - will lenders take a future job into account as they would a present one?

Some lenders can indeed take future income in to account as long as it is not too far away in terms of start date. There could well be a few lenders that could look at this for you, but it will depend on your exact circumstances and what you are looking to do as to whether this is indeed do able.

I think a word with a whole of market adviser would be in order here.
