Hi everyone,

Sorry to post on here but have posted on another forum with no reply.

Has anyone had problems booking their tickets with cineworld. Tried to book a ticket last night and this morning for a film tonight and no luck. I get to the confirm booking page and it says 'sorry there has been a problem with your booking payment' and asks me to choose another performance?
Anybody got a solution?

Did anyone found out the answer to the error with booking? Is it because you have to order with a mastercard?

So gutted, as was really looking forward to going!
