Remorgage and clean up loans ect

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well.
I wish to clean my act up a bit in the money dept and need some advice please.
I have a house with a value of around 110-115k, and owe 70k.
My current morgage is with first active and I have no ties to it.
My credit card and personal loan are starting to be a pain although I can afford them I would like to free some money up.
My credit rating is good so should have no problems on that side.
Is there any company you could recommend, I would prefer a easy ride, last time I set my own morgage up I wished I had not!:rotfl:

Consolidating the debts is the last thing to look at.
You need to understand why you have the debt and stop the overspending.
