Family Circle christening gown pattern

Morning all
This is a bit of a long shot, I think.
Many years ago, Family Circle magazine offered a pattern for a Christening gown. It was quite a simple style, short puff sleeves, pin-tucking on the bodice.
Anyhow, when my babies were tiny (they're now 14 and 13:eek:) I used this pattern to make them those lovely old-fashioned nighties made from brushed cotton.
Would love to make some more, but can't find the pattern. Have looked in all the pattern books but can't find what I'm looking for.
If anybody has a copy, or can point me in the right direction, I would be eternally grateful!
