Dress dilemma

Thanks ladies!
Forever Bridals does look to have the styles I'm looking for - and there's a stockist pretty close so will definitely have a look.
And I didn't realise Phase 8 do bridal - thanks for that.
The first place I went was the Oxfam bridal section in Bradford, which was a good place to start as it was so relaxed, but didn't find anything - I think that's a matter of luck really. I'll have a hunt for other relatively local charity-run places.
Probably a question for Linda - how long would it take to make a dress? I realise this is another how long is a piece of string question! Just an idea would be helpful.
Thanks again

I've done a full corseted bodice in 5 hours so a dress working full on less than a week.0

Why don't you check ebay you will definately find something you want from there. I have a debenhams dress I will be selling on ebay but I know that you can't sell anything on this forum?

Thanks Kazmeister for recommending sexyher.co.uk, I think I have just found my dress!!!
Are the company easy to deal with (except for the returns notified in a day bit?)
Thanks again!

Hi
I got mine on Sunday from a sample sale in your budget it was less than half price an Italian designer Eddy K. Look at local shops and see if they have any sample sales. Or second hand or a dress maker seem to be good options. Like you I didnt want to spend a grand on a dress. Good luck !!:beer:We got married 17th April 2010 !! A wonderful day with my wonderful husband !! :T0 -
