hi all my first post my car finance company is trying to charge me for 3 charges at £30 so £90 in total
i got made reduntant so 3 of those charges are late payments i dont have direct debit set up with them
on one of the occastions i aked to pay one half one month and other next i got told it was no problem then they hit me for a charge
can they do this
