I think you can put in a sum to cover presents, haircuts, Onbe thing I did notice, you have no contents insurance?
If it isincluded under buildings, then maybe put contents there, (sorry if it seems a sillypoint to pick up on).
Obviuosly your situation is differenent as its business related issues, but may be worth looking at a few other threads on thebankruptcy thread and see how their SOAs fair.
You may find that their areexpenses you haven't thought of. I'm doing it to drag you further into the virtual debt threat, but make sure you have every avenue covered.
Again quick point re the debt collectors etc, as the the poster pointd out there basically employed to get as muchmoney as they can, but if youhave problems re the calls, as they can be anythime from 9am to 9pm, is put it in writing, that you want all communication in writing, there is a draft letter floating around (again debt free / bankrupt boards), as it takes a bit of pressure off, as they do use scare mongering tatics.
Sorry I couldn't much more help, just didn't want to run with out saying good luck, andsorry that ur all going through this. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Thanks, will check other posts on SOA's for tips. Re the car expenses mentioned above I've included those for both mine and my wife's car and mine are quite high as I have to drive a lot for work and parking is pricey and not all of it gets expensed by the company. Should I be excluding things like my wife's car costs, mobile phone etc and reduce her contribution accordingly? Wasn't sure how much the OR will want to know about her finances.0

That is exactly right
Your SOA should contain your costs, and the full amount of any joint costs. Things like your wife's car costs and phone should be deducted before her contribution is made.
The OR will not want to know the full ins and outs of your wife's expenditure. As long as it appears she is making a fair contribution in line with her earnings, he won't be interested in the details. If her contribution appears artificially low, he may want further details.BSC 2710
