Accounts not showing on credit report

Hi
My first post! I am currently on a DMP which has been going ok since the beginning of the year. My credit report is showing late payments to MBNA, Northern Rock loan is showing as satisfactory even with paying them less but my other debts NatWest credit card and HSBC current account overdraft are not on the report. Both of these were taken out before 1997 so they may not have my authorisation to pass my details on. Is this common?
Also, if these two debts are passed on to a DCA could they eventually show up on my credit account (with a default)?
Thanks
