Still waiting on Mccoys win... any advice?

Hi all, I was a winner with Mccoys on 27th of August, received my winning email, but have still not received any idea of what I have won! I have contacted the company running the competition on 3 previous occasions, the latest being yesterday, but still noone has got back to me! I originally spoke to Karen who told me that they had no record of my win but would investigate. Since then all my phone calls have been handled by the switchboard/receptionist who has said she would pass on my queries as whoever has been dealing with the competition has been busy/in a meeting/ unavailable! Any suggestions on what to do now?

hubby won on 27th and yet no record of the win i have rang at least 7 times in a week
they will call me back ect ect

I hope this gets sorted out, I'm waiting on one too. I would also say that I always take a screen print when I win anything like this for future reference and take the time and date down.

not sure I'm going to be much help

but a friend of mine won on the 27th, she got no email so managed to contact Karen at McCoys (I think Karen likes to stay in the warehouse)

Karen had no record of my friends win and said that the wins between the 20th and 27th were lost - somewhere in cyberspace

My friend had to send in winning wrapper and a copy of the screenshot of her win

my friend has now been told she won an Ipod, which as yet she hasn't recieved, altho she was told the prizes were sent out in batches to save on charges

I won an I phone on the 31st august.
Just rang them and have been told its due to come out to me next tuesday if that helps x
