I would always be a bit wary of companies asking for a fee for a "prize". It does say that you have won a "chance". Which means you haven't actually won anything yet. Was it Nick Uk running the competition? It may be a good idea to find the original OP (if it was a comp from this site) and read the full T&Cs.
Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital caring for my tiny and very poorly grandson who was born at 29 weeks. Thanks to them he is getting a little stronger every day.:A:A:A
  • It sounds as though you are paying a nominal sum to enter into a contract with them?
A big thank you to all comping posters!! :T
  • I dont think they are asking you for a fee.

I think the token fee due to you is £1 for Nick to have all rights.

    ????

I agree with 1984 ReturnsForReal, I think it's a fee that Nick pay you for the use of your childs face etc.
If at first you don't succeed try, try, try again.

Definitely just a legal thing. The £1 doesn't actually ever exchange hands, well not normally. It's so you can't come back later and ask for a fee.
