Free gym and swimming in birmingham info?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but i was wondering
if anyone had a link of info so i can find out about
the free gym use and swimming that i heard about for birmingham residents.

Just visit your local gym with 2 proofs of ID (one of which must have a photo). If you havent got a Passport to Leisure it's cost about £4 to get one, if you have one already then they just "upgrade" your details to include free use of the gym/pool! This offer became available on 1st Sept and apparently has funding for 6 months (at the mo), although previous press releases suggest 18 months funding is available. (I was told 6 months by gym receptionist).
Worst case scenario 6 months free gym membership-marvelllous! Best case scenario -18 month free gym membership -fanbloodytastic!!!:T:T
