Well the other day i declared my self debt free well im not ive been telephoned by capquest who said i owed £3k bloody nora to who said i ?,to bla bla says she, well i dont says i, yes you do says she, and the interest is pileing on,du du du, well tough says i becouse that debt was cleared a year and half ago no it wasnt says she ,up yours says i,(childish i know) im sending a rep to your house says she ooooh . well im not going to write to them they can phone me till the cows come home im sure im right have the paper work to prove it so stuff them. mind you ive been waiting for capquest reps to turn up for the 4 years i was in debt perhaps they should invest in sat nav:rotfl:

You got all the paperwork to hand? I frame each and every one of my "Your debt has now been cleared" letters. Apart from any comebacks like this, it's also a bit of moral support.

I told you I need to get out more...

stress ,harassment ,time off work ,and so on .
ps i did get £250 of one creditor who cocked up i did ask for 2k but the court wouldnt have it

Sorry to hear about your phonecall, but you know the score, let them work for their money if it's even owed anyway.

For kicks you could fill in one of their SoA forms and invent ficticious amount each week that you spend on crack and !!!!!s so that of course you can't afford any monthly repayments to them :rolleyes:

I think winding up DCA's is gonna be like the in-thing next season lol.

cant help it ill have to wind them up , as a debt free dude now there isnt much they can do apart from spend money trying to get me to pay something which is marked as satisfied, the poor woman said she would phone me every day until i pay dedums if only she knew she was wasting her time but no wind up time has arrived she may well send the lesser spotted capquest collector to my door i wonder what theyy look like ive wondered for the last 4 years when in debt (fist draggers or thicko muppets)?
