unfortunately it doesn't seem to be one of the free patterns in the online issue, but I'm sure that at the least they could send you a copy of the magazine

What is it like, Snow_Bunny, do you know?

There are LOADS of bottle jumpers on ravelry, but I wasn't sure whether you meant a bottle you drink from or a hot water bottle. Here are a few bottle-you-drink-from types:

As I say, there were actually lots more.
If you're not already a member, then do join ravelry (https://www.ravelry.com). It is the best thing that's ever happened to me in terms of knitting patterns (how sad am I :rolleyes:) - there is more-or-less nothing you can't find on there.
