sorry to bring it up but i really need advice!

hi all i can see some of you are clawing back charges from banks etc are these creditors whom you owe money too?
i owe the hsbc and they are being complete gits! they keep slamming charge after charge on me even though im paying pro rata payment through the CCCS the irony of it all is at the bottom of the threatning letters it states "we are here to help!" i know they are not happy with the amount but surely this slamming charges on has got to stop is there anything i can do? can i file a suit against them or am i going to have to jsut except that they will always slam 30-100 quid on each month in charges + % im getting so stressed out from it all everyone else has stopped ringing and sending statement etc so im assuming they are happy with the payments being made
god its so frustrating

no claim the charges back. thats what i'm doing at the moment. I issued my court claim last week
Before that i told them that all correspondence had to be in writing as i no longet authorised them to call me.
