Thought this might be useful to any hayfever sufferers.
I suffer from hayfever but couldnt take any remedies last year as I was feeding baby Savingsgirl.
After some research I found that natural anti-histamines were camomile tea and apples so ate and drank loads of them.
It really did help and this year I've been doing the same and whilst others around me are suffering I havent been to the chemist yet...

Not sure if we are allowed to give medical advice of this type?
There is a belief however if you have a few spoons a day of locally produced honey (within a few miles of your home) that this is supposed to helpIt's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0 -
Buy some "local" honey. The pollens in it will actually help you.It MUST be local to your area and pure. No foreign honey. If you know any local bee keepers, ask them. Do a search on google for lots of info on this.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

I know many people take nettle extract with good effects.0

Tried the honey, didn't work for me, as much as I hate to take tablets, when I can't see and can't stop sneezing, I take one, PDQ.
Thanks for the tips though, I'll have a go at the camomille tea (Ugh!), apples and some nettle tea, that should contain the same stuff as nettle extract?“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0
