Hello all, I have money in quidco account and don't know how to get them to pay me. can any one help,? I cannot find out how to email them, I just get a list of FAQ's. I have about £26 in quidco, and a paypal account so could do with the cash

When will I be paid?

Payments are made only after we receive your earnings from the merchants, which usually takes 2-3 months. Payments are normally made automatically at the end or the beginning of the month.

PayPal Email Address and Minimum Payout
In order to get paid, you must have entered your PayPal Email Address and have your Minimum Payout set (to less than your received earnings) in My Settings. For security reasons, no payments will be made from your account for 10 days after you have changed your PayPal Email Address.

Estimated Payment Dates
To get an idea of when you can expect payment for a particular transaction, go to My Earnings and click on the appropriate month. Estimated payment dates are indicated by a '~' in the Payment Date column. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees of when you will be paid.

Scheduled Payments
If you have earnings marked as received you can check if they are scheduled to be paid by clicking on the Payments tab.

Hi Woby, I have gone on to that page but no where does it say claim your cash now, no buttons or any thing to press to apply for a pay out, I'm stumped !!!!!! (or am I being dddorrr)? Hey, speedy reply from you thanks

Are your payments validated, ready to pay out ? If not you will have to wait for the money. According to quidco it can take 2 - 3 months for the money to be available to pay out to you.

As I read it payments are automated, so they will only pay out when they are validated.


"2. Payment Reporting and Schedule
Transactions will appear in your member earnings report when the merchant confirms the transaction with Quidco. Transactions will be validated when the merchant confirms their validation requirements have been met. If the merchant does not provide validation requirements, transactions will attain validated status when the merchant pays Quidco for the transaction.

Quidco makes no guarantees to payment until payment has been received from the merchant or network.

Cashback payments will be made monthly. Payments will be made with no minimum amount required. The £5 member fee will be deducted annually from your earnings based on your joining date, provided you earn enough to cover it."
