Great 3D game that teaches multiplication in a way that I even enjoyed as an adult! The basic game is free to download http://www.bigbrainz.com/Download.html
one thing to note, when you play the game it says you have to use W or S to move but I was able to use the arrow keys (which I find much easier) this worked on my PC I've not tried it on the Mac yet.
