So no vested interest there.
Homebuyers will be offered interest-free loans to cover stamp duty and solicitors' fees under a scheme launched today by Dragons' Den entrepreneur James Caan.
Anyone buying a property advertised on Look4aProperty.com, a website part-owned by Caan, will be offered a loan of up to £50,000 from a £1bn fund.
So no vested interest there.

TBH you would be pretty mad to offer 0% loans to anyone if you were not getting anything in return.
You literally would be giving money away.:eek:0 -

The Cosa Nostra always get something in return !!!!'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -

doomed to failure - this is a marketting ploy to get look 4 a property of the ground. unfortunately it won't work. If I'm looking for a property I'm gonna look at right move - it has the most and I'm not going to waste time looking at a site that only has 20 houses for sale in a 20 mile radius of where I want to live.0

Bet the lender providing a £1 billion of interest free money is also looking to lend mortgage monies as well.

And all the other nonsense questions like when is home insurance, car insurance etc due. Prepare to be bombarded by call centres day and night, a polite fk off should suffice I'm sureI came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:0

Much as I like James Caan Look 4 a property is v weak.
Secondly, I didnt tihnk lenders liked you having extra loans for costs towards buying a property :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
