You just go on lovefilm.com web page and register your details. Under promo code put the 3 month code in and it will take you through the registration process. You need to sign up for a monthly subscription so you need to give payment details but you can cancel before the end of your trial period and it wont cost you anything. Will only allow you to do this once under your email address but I believe some people have did the "trial" several times with other email addresses. I haven't tried this so cant comment.
