My ideas
Pan fried salmon with sweetcorn and tomatoes. Fry some onion, add value sweetcorn and tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes (add some tyme if you have it and seasonings).Pan fry the salmon and heat it through on top of sweetcorn until it can be flaked. This may be good with roast potatoes.
Lamb Tuscan style. Seal chops by frying in a little olive oil. Remove. Add chopped onion, carrots and celery to pan with garlic. Cook for 10 minutes. Put a tin of tomatoes in a slowcooker/casserole. with chops and onion mixture. Cook until lamb is soft - warm through a tin of flageleot beans in the sauce. This makes a huge dish I have just made it.
Marmalade Sausages with Onions and Cabbage!!!!!! sausages all over and marinade in marmalade and soy sauce for a day. Grill and baste with marinade. Gently fry some onions in oil with a little sugar. Serve with cabbage and perhaps croquette potatoes.
Burgers in a homemade salsa. Make your own tomato sauce for the burgers by frying onions and adding garlic, seasonings, tomato puree and value tomatoes and reduce for half an hour then serve with green beans and perhaps rice.
Chicken Pad Thai. Make a pad thai by chopping stirfying the chicken and adding a chopped chilli, bean sprouts, spring onions and cooked noodles. Top with a small packet of shopped peanuts.0
