Any New Freeview Channels Coming?

The number of Freeview channels seems to have slowed down to almost nothing in the last 2 years.

Are there any news ones coming? I think Quest launches soon but I hope there are more.

    There's a pdf on this page that has the proposed line up from 30th september. http://www.freeview.co.uk/freeview/Channels

    They could be because I read recently that they using a new encoder that can compress the channels more and allow 2 channels per multiplex

    Also HD may be coming later next year, Humax are doing a new h264 box which decoders channels from mpeg which is even better encoder
