    I figure that it may not have an immediate effect on the scales but the accumulative effect of continuing with AF-ness definitely hits the scales, the bank balance & the self-esteem, in all the right ways :)

    All good in Bear Towers; no word from my landlord & not AF tonight either. However, I will keep on at my landlord until there is a result (possibly me buying lots of Polyfilla? :confused:) & I intend to get at least 2 AFDs under my belt next week. It's coming home from work & opening a bottle that's the habit I need to break (cue Chicago ;))
