    However I'm good. V.pleased I did the 72hr challenge & it has quite motivated me for the future. No work tomorrow but a flat to clean before my B/F comes down for the weekend** :j

    Just popped over to say I`m still AF....yippee survived the flu (without whisky medicine!)....got to try & update my signature....goodness don`t even know what day it is!!! ( feel like I`ve been knocked out for 3 days! )
