    Well done on saving 115K.

Good luck with challenges. I'm reluctant to commit with it being half term next week as I haven't firmed up plans yet. I'll definitely be cheering you all on whatever happens!

How long before children back fay?

I think I sound more positive because I have been AF.

When I had a few glasses of wine at the weekend I could feel my mood dropping like a stone.

  • Hi,

I think we should have 10 72hr challenges in November . People can take part in as little or as many as they wish . It may be easier to be AF for the whole 30 days if we break it down into 3 day challenges. ????

Or am I just being silly ???

I'm going to have a go. I'm out on Friday but I have deliberately offered to drive everyone so I remain AF (I'm getting a free meal out of it;)). It will be interesting to observe my friends getting drunk (and women of 'a certain age' 40s/50s can sure put it away) while I remain sober. I suspect I'm going to be wincing when I think how I must look and behave normally when we are out because I am by far the heaviest drinker of our group..

I'm so glad you seem brighter fedupski a broken heart is as real and painful as an injury to any part of you. If I could give a bit of advice from my own experience, It will not help you to try to be friends. Though it's painful not to see your ex at all, it will just prolong your agony. Every time your ex says something nice to you, you will interpret it as meaning that the relationship can be rekindled. Don't do it.
That was probably too personal, I'm sorry if it was:o.
