What now for house prices?

i notice in all areas the falls are much more for detached properties and flats and as i say in many areas prices appear to have gone up
Look at Land registry. But a lot could depend on what type of property is preverlent or desired in an area.
I think falls have been less from the top down. So detached falling the least followed by semis, then terraced then flats falling the most. edit(swap flats and terraces see link)
