Confusing........Lloyds

Hi folks

Just an update for you..although I am a little confused.

We have received those letters from Lloyds in regards of "if we do not pay, this will be defaulted etc", but I thought they had already done this before.... as we received these letters about 2 months or so back.

I have not actually sent off for a credit report yet though, so is it worth my while requesting for this now do you think?

Cheers.

  • i've been having similar with mine! i think it must just be a formality that they keep sending them out, but that it means they haven't actually defaulted. not sure tho. hopefully someone will be along to help soon!

i think seeing your credit report is the only way to find out who actually has defaulted and who hasn't tho! again could be wrong!

Have you used the free trials on experian and equifax?

I suppose it depends on what your intentions are once you see your credit file. If you are just curious, i wouldn't bother until something else happens. If they've issued a default notice then there is a good chance they will put the default on your file. If there is more than one default on the debt, you can sort that later.
