Grill the chops, until they are slightly underdone. While they're grilling mix some grated cheese, English mustard and a little double cream to a thick paste. Put a small dollop of the paste on each chop and finish them off under the grill.0

Pork schnitzels (sp?!)
Marinade pork steaks in olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, s and p for at least half hour.
Beat one egg.
crumb up stale bread.
Lift steaks out of marinade and drain.
Dip in egg, then breadcrumbs, then into hot oil in pan (can be olive again, or sunflower). Fry on one side for 5 mins (careful not to burn crumbs). Turn carefully and fry on other side till done (this will depend on thickness of pork steaks - check by piercing with sharp knife and checking juices clear).
If they are too big to all fit in pan together, you can put the first ones done into warm oven to keep until all cooked.
Enjoy with whatever veg etc you have and pots.:DTaking control, slowly.:rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Make some stuffing(or buy a packet) and spread it over the chops when they are thawed out. Layer the pork and stuffing until you have used up all of the chops. Onion and apple stuffing is nice.Peel some small onions, cut in half if largish. Put a little oil on the onions, and lay then alongside you pork and stuffing, and put all of it in oventray in oven on about gas 4 until cooked.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

Lay each chop on an individual sheet of foil, cover with chopped bacon, sliced mushrooms and grated cheese. Fold the foil so the chops are sealed in and shove in the oven on Gas mark 5 for 30 - 40 mins.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
